The awards session was preceded by a mass turn out of parents, coaches and parents who first warmed up and then played friendly rugby - parents verses children.

   

 

Unfortunately coach Phil Jones received an injury playing against the kids and spent 5 hours in casualty

 

 

After a good feeding session the awards commenced.

 

   

 

 

The President, Alan Davies made the awards to all age groups 5 years old to 14. The coaches praised the commitment of these youngsters and noted the improvement of the standards as reflected in their growing successes through the season. The parents, present in large numbers were thanked for all their help and commitment and an appeal was made for more coaches and referees to help manage the ever growing numbers of young people in the club. The under 16 and youth teams had their awards on a different evening.
