Holyhead will be well pleased with their result at Bangor.They took a first half lead with two converted tries exposing Bangors defence but Bangor gradually gained some form and scored an unconverted try through Harry Powell Jones. Bangor pretty much dominated play in the second half with the wind behind them but lacked the punch to cross the line until scrum half James Andrews went over for an unconverted try. There was no time left to add any more points.
