Bangor Youth got off to a flying start taking an early lead with a storming rush of play that saw No.8 Tomos Davies go over for a try. The rest of the first half was a different tale with Bangor being driven back time and again through penalties at the breakdown and the visitors had plenty of ball to score 3 converted tries and a penalty goal to lead 5 - 24 at the break. Bangor regrouped in the second half and persistant pressure led to a converted try from No.4 Ethan Jones. When Winger Wayne Thomas added a try the game was back on but Gwernyfed managed to get the ball and attack resulting in try. Playing with great intent Bangor narrowed the gap again with second try from Tomos Davies but with the game approaching full time Gwernyfed scored another unconverted try. Bangor launched an all out effort and quickly forced play deep into the visitors half and No.10 Harry Powell-Jones scored a try but there was no time left to add any more points and the whistle was blown ending a great game.
