Bangor started their league campaign with a resounding victory over Bethesda Athletic. Playing a running game in the blazing sun watched by a good crowd of supporters Bangor notched up 4 tries in the first half. Although it took them some time to score in the second half they ran in 3 more tries with a total of 5 conversions.
