Bangor 5 - 20 Rhyl

Saturday Nov. 11th 2017 WRU Division 2 N Bangor 5 – 20 Rhyl Rhyl climbed to 1 point behind Bangor in division 2 North with a win they ground out at Cae Milltir. Bangor had enough of the game to win and their forwards were dominant in the scrums but the magic finishing touch was missing and lady fortune failed to smile on them. Rhyl took an early lead using a penalty kick to set up a line and No. 10 Richie Williams crossed for a try converted by full back Harri Thomas. Bangor quickly replied after Nick Dundee disposed Rhyl in a tackle and the recycled ball went to Bangor’s hooker Sam Hug.....
